Senior Recruiter (Hybrid: 4 WFH / 1 Onsite) International & BPO Focus
Position Overview
A seasoned recruiter with at least 5 years of experience managing full lifecycle recruitment for international clients and/or the BPO sector. This professional will operate in a flexible hybrid setupworking remotely most days and coming onsite once per week. Immediate availability is preferred.
Key Responsibilities
Drawing from industry-standard and BPO-specific recruiter roles:
Full-Cycle Recruitment: Partner with hiring managers and international/BPO clients to understand hiring needs, craft job descriptions, and shape sourcing strategies
Candidate Sourcing & Screening: Proactively search across platforms like LinkedIn, Jobstreet, Indeed, and niche job boards. Use an ATS (e.g., Manatal) to manage candidate pipelines. Screen, interview, and shortlist qualified talent
Client Engagement: Lead client interviews (especially for outsourced or BPO environments), maintain documentation, and ensure compliance with local labor laws
Team Leadership & Mentoring: Guide and support junior recruiters or sourcing specialists; suggest improvements and mentor peers
Recruitment Data & Reporting: Provide strategic metrics and insights (time-to-hire, pipeline health, sourcing success, etc.) to stakeholders
Process Compliance: Ensure adherence to Service Level Agreements (SLAs), accurate data entry, and efficient recruitment workflows
Must-Have Qualifications
Experience: At least 5 years in recruitment, ideally with a mix of BPO and international client experience
Technical Proficiency: Skilled in sourcing tools, ATS platforms (such as Manatal, TalentSource), and proficient in data-driven reporting
Communication & Client Management: Strong stakeholder engagement skills, especially in high-volume or multinational contexts
Adaptability: Able to thrive in fast-paced BPO/recruitment environments with shifting priorities
Work Arrangement
Hybrid model: Typically 4 days remote, 1 day onsite (flexible depending on client or team needs).
Immediate availability preferred to support urgent hiring demands
