We are looking for a high-impact Scrum Master with strong project management capability to play a key role in a large-scale Microsoft D365 F&O and CE implementation.

This is a hybrid delivery role — responsible not only for establishing and governing Azure DevOps and Agile ways of working, but also for end-to-end project management, including planning, governance, stakeholder management, and delivery oversight.

You will sit at the centre of the programme, ensuring structured execution, controlled design (FTDs), and predictable delivery outcomes aligned to Microsoft best practice.

What Will You Do?

Key Responsibility:

DevOps Setup & Delivery Governance

• Establish and configure Azure DevOps aligned to D365 delivery (Epics Features Stories Tasks).
• Implement best-practice workflows, governance standards, and traceability models.
• Drive ADO as the single source of truth across F&O and CE workstreams.

Agile Delivery & Sprint Execution

• Run all Agile ceremonies and enforce delivery cadence.
• Drive backlog refinement, prioritisation, and estimation.
• Ensure consistent, predictable sprint delivery across multiple streams.

FTD (Design) Lifecycle Control

• Implement and govern end-to-end FTD sign-off workflows within Azure DevOps.
• Ensure all development is backed by approved, traceable design artefacts.
• Maintain strict linkage between design, build, and testing.

Testing & Quality Enablement

• Set up and manage Azure Test Plans for SIT and UAT.
• Ensure full traceability from requirements to test execution and defects.
• Drive visibility and quality control across testing cycles.

CI/CD & Environment Alignment

• Align DevOps boards with D365 build and release pipelines.
• Ensure governance across Dev, UAT, and Production environments.
• Enable deployment traceability and control.

Project Management & Delivery Oversight

• Own end-to-end project planning, including timelines, milestones, and deliverables.
• Manage risks, issues, dependencies, and RAID logs proactively.
• Drive status reporting, governance forums, and SteerCo engagement.
• Ensure alignment between business priorities, delivery plans, and sprint execution.
• Coordinate across multiple workstreams (F&O, CE, integrations, testing).
• Manage scope, change control, and delivery against agreed objectives.
• Ensure readiness across key milestones (SIT, UAT, go-live, hypercare).

Reporting & Stakeholder Visibility

• Build actionable dashboards (velocity, burn-down, defects, test progress).
• Provide clear reporting into programme leadership and SteerCo.
• Proactively manage risks, blockers, and delivery issues.

Coaching & Enablement

• Coach teams and stakeholders on Agile within a D365 context.
• Drive disciplined adoption of tools, standards, and ways of working.
• Bridge Agile delivery with structured programme governance.

Who Do You Need to Be?

Must-Have Experience

• 5+ years as a Scrum Master / Project Manager / Delivery Lead in Microsoft environments
• Proven experience on D365 F&O and/or CE implementations
• Hands-on Azure DevOps configuration and administration
• Experience managing end-to-end project delivery in complex programmes

Strong Advantage

• Experience managing FTD or design sign-off processes
• Deep understanding of D365 lifecycle (Sure Step / Success by Design)
• Exposure to Azure Test Plans and CI/CD in D365 environments

Certifications (Preferred)

• Scrum Master certification (CSM / PSM)
• Project Management certification (PMP / PRINCE2 or equivalent)
• Microsoft Azure DevOps certification
• D365 F&O or CE certification
