We are looking for a strong SharePoint Administrator is responsible for day-to-day administration, support, and operational governance of Microsoft 365 services. The role ensures platform stability, security compliance, and high-quality user support.

What Will You Do?

You will provide operational administration and support across Microsoft 365 collaboration platforms, ensuring stable, secure, and well-governed environments for business users.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Administer Microsoft 365 services including SharePoint Online and Microsoft Teams
  • Provision and configure SharePoint Online sites in accordance with governance standards
  • Manage user access, permissions, and identity controls across the Microsoft 365 environment
  • Provide end-user support and troubleshooting for collaboration platforms
  • Monitor platform health, usage, and operational performance
  • Support governance, compliance, and operational policies
  • Maintain documentation, operational procedures, and user guidance
  • Work with engineering and delivery teams to resolve incidents and service requests

Who Do You Need to Be?

  • Experience administering Microsoft 365 environments
  • Strong knowledge of SharePoint Online and Microsoft Teams administration
  • Understanding of permissions management and governance within Microsoft 365
  • Experience supporting collaboration platforms in enterprise or managed services environments
  • Strong troubleshooting and customer support skills
  • Ability to operate in SLA-driven support environments

Desirable

  • Microsoft 365 certifications (MS-900, MS-102 or similar)
  • Exposure to Power Automate or basic workflow automation
  • Understanding of Microsoft 365 compliance and security capabilities
