xPMO Engagement Lead
Job Description:
The xPMO Engagement Lead is responsible for leading a commercially driven, client-facing xPMO capability that deploys project, programme, and change management professionals into client environments.

The role is accountable for the commercial performance, profitability, client success, and operational delivery of xPMO engagements, ensuring resources are effectively placed, engagements are delivered profitably, and client relationships are leveraged to drive repeat business, account growth, and long-term revenue generation.
In addition to leadership responsibilities, the role is expected to maintain a minimum personal billability target of 20% through direct client delivery, advisory support, or engagement leadership activities.
