A leading global organisation in the resources sector has launched a Cost Leadership Programme a high-impact, enterprise-wide initiative focused on cost excellence, value creation, and data-driven decision making through stronger collaboration between Finance and Operations.
We are looking for a Programme Manager who can help elevate this programme into a world-class delivery engine.

As the Programme Manager, you will:
- Own and run the full programme workplan
- Drive governance, reporting, and performance metrics
- Connect interdependent teams across time zones
- Integrate design sprints and implementation planning
- Lead risk and issue management
- Build and maintain the Cost Leadership Playbook
- Support the Programme Leader
- Foster operational excellence and continuous improvement
Were Looking For a high-impact leader with:
- 10+ years programme/project management experience (global, hybrid/agile a plus)
- Strong mining or heavy industrial sector exposure
- Experience working with geographically dispersed operational teams
- Deep knowledge of programme governance, risk, and multi-stream delivery
- Strong communication and executive-level engagement skills
- A strategic mindset with a hands-on, delivery-focused approach
- A project management or financial qualification is highly advantageous.
