We are looking for strong Data Architect to join our xP&A team as client-facing, permanently employed consultant. Someone who is passionate about data, implementing technology solutions and leading project teams to achieve business outcomes. What Will You Do?

Key Responsibility:

You will be assigned a portfolio of projects to:

Engage with clients to conceptualize data solutions.

Modernizing existing data environment.

Assisting our sales team with Pre-Sales, R&D and POC implementations.

Provide technical assistance and guidance to our team of technical consultants.

Create, maintain, and optimise data architectures across multiple projects including the designing and building of

platform infrastructure.

Guide and assist in assembling complex data products to meet functional / non-functional business requirements.

Identify, design, and implement process improvements: automating manual processes, optimizing data delivery, re

designing infrastructure for greater scalability, etc.

Design and build data models supporting analytics tools utilising data platforms and products, to provide actionable

insights into customer acquisition, operational efficiency, and other key business performance metrics.

Who We Need – Data Architect.

Work with stakeholders including the Executive, Product, Data and Design teams to assist with data-related technical issues and data infrastructure needs.

Collaborate with Data and Analytics consultants in a team structure to deliver successful solutions to clients.

Complete technical reviews for consultants.

Assist with necessary technical training for consultants and clients.

Provide input into consultant's technical growth plan.

Assists support desk where applicable client support is required.

Who do you need to be:

Minimum 8 years working experience in data engineering.

Advanced working SQL knowledge and experience working with relational databases, query authoring (SQL) as well as working familiarity with a variety of databases.

Experience building and optimizing data pipelines, architectures, and data structures.

Experience performing root cause analysis on internal and external data and processes to answer specific business

questions and identify opportunities for improvement.

Strong analytic skills related to working with unstructured datasets.

Build processes supporting data transformation, data structures, metadata, dependency, and workload management.

A successful history of manipulating, processing, and extracting value from large, disconnected datasets.

Strong understanding of project methodologies and organizational skills.

Experience supporting and working with cross-functional teams in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Systems, Information Technology, or related field.

Honors or Master's degree in a relevant field is advantageous.

BEng or BTech in a field associated with coding, software engineering or IT.

Technology Experience

Experience in working with the following technologies:

SQL (required)

SAP Datasphere (advantageous)

SAP ECC or S4HANA tables extraction (advantageous)

SAP BW (advantageous)
