We are looking for a SAP Finance Systems Analyst (SAP FICO) to join our FP&A team for project implementations in our SAP Finance Solutions division (SAP Group Reporting). This role will contribute to configuration, solution design, data migration, testing, cutover and hypercare.

What Will You Do?

Key Responsibility:

• Assist in data requirements gathering.
• Design and implement reporting solutions across SAP Finance Platform.
• Contribute to the solution design, configuration oversight, and end-to-end delivery.
• Drive all data migration activities, including mapping, mock conversions, validations, and reconciliations.
• Lead and coordinate testing cycles (SIT, UAT), cutover planning, and hypercare support.
• Partner closely with the DT team to ensure a controlled and seamless integration aligned to governance, SOX, and release-management requirements.
• Troubleshoot complex FI/CO / Group Reporting issues, ensuring accuracy of postings, master data, period-end processes, and reconciliation outcomes.
• Document functional designs, migration logic, process flows, and assumptions in a clear and auditable manner.
• Key output is to implement a SAP Group Reporting consolidation solution from inception to successful.  

Who Do You Need to Be?

• Experienced SAP ECC FI/CO specialist with approximately 5 years experience.
• Prior experience with SAP BPC Consolidations an advantage
• Deep functional understanding of FI/CO processes—master data, postings, month-end close, reconciliations, and integration touchpoints.
• Proven track record delivering M&A integrations, ECC consolidation projects.
• Strong data migration capability, including mapping, conversion strategy, execution, and reconciliation under tight timelines.
• Solid project delivery experience in complex financial transformation implementations.
• Experienced in operating within controlled environments (governance, change and release management).
• A structured problem-solver with strong analytical skills and the ability to navigate pressure during complex cutovers.
• Clear communicator able to collaborate with finance, integration teams, and executive stakeholders.
• Highly organised, detail-driven, and comfortable collaborating with multiple workstreams simultaneously.
