Human Resources Business Partner

Decision Inc. is currently seeking an HR Business Partner to join our London Office, based in Paddington.

This role is responsible for leading the people agenda for our UK Region, acting as a strategic and trusted advisor to business leadership. The HR Business Partner will work closely with leaders to translate business strategy into people, performance, and organisational outcomes, while partnering with the broader HR team to ensure consistent, effective delivery of people initiatives.

What Will You Do?

The primary focus of this role is to partner with Decision Inc.s United Kingdom leadership team and employees to drive a high-performance, accountable, and engaged organisation.

This includes, but is not limited to, the following areas:

Strategic Business Partnership

  • Act as a trusted advisor and thought partner to business leaders on people, performance, and organisational matters
  • Translate business strategy and priorities into clear people, talent, and performance plans
  • Use people data, insights, and business context to inform leadership decision-making
  • Support leaders through complex people decisions, ensuring alignment with business goals and values

Performance & Leadership Effectiveness

  • Drive a strong performance culture by setting clear expectations and strengthening performance management practices
  • Coach and support leaders to lead with accountability, clarity, and consistency
  • Address performance challenges proactively, including underperformance, capability gaps, and team effectiveness
  • Support leadership development initiatives that strengthen current and future leadership capability

Workforce & Talent Enablement

  • Partner with the Talent Acquisition team to ensure recruitment is aligned to business demand, capability needs, and delivery priorities
  • Support workforce planning to ensure the right skills and capacity are in place to meet current and future business needs
  • Enable meaningful career development, progression discussions, and development planning for employees
  • Contribute to retention strategies for critical and high-impact talent

Culture, Engagement & Change

  • Shape and embed a values-driven, inclusive, and high-performance culture
  • Drive employee engagement initiatives and proactively identify and address engagement risks
  • Lead and support the people aspects of organisational change, restructuring, and business transformation initiatives
  • Facilitate key employee experiences including onboarding, engagement forums, and targeted development interventions

HR Operations & Governance

  • Partner with the People Operations team to ensure efficient, compliant, and reliable HR processes and practices
  • Ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, and legislative requirements
  • Provide oversight and input where required on payroll, leave administration, and personnel documentation

Who Do You Need to Be?

  • Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Industrial Psychology, Business, or a related field
  • 4+ Years Proven experience in an HR Business Partner or similar role
  • Demonstrated exposure to leadership development, performance management, and organisational change.
  • Confident communicator with the ability to influence, challenge, and coach leaders at all levels
  • Outcome focused mindset with the ability to balance empathy and accountability
  • Data-driven approach to problem-solving and decision-making
  • High levels of integrity, professionalism, and discretion
  • Strong administration skills.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Proactive with the ability to multi-task in a demanding environment.
