What Will You Do?

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

UX Design:

• Conduct user research to understand user needs, behaviours, and pain points.
• Develop user personas, user journeys, and other UX artifacts to guide design decisions.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define project requirements and objectives.
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and interactive mock-ups to visualize and communicate design concepts.
• Conduct usability testing and gather user feedback to iterate and refine designs.
• Analyse user data and insights to inform design decisions and optimize user experiences.
• Ensure consistency and coherence across different screens and interactions in the user flow.
• Collaborate with Business Analysts and Developers to ensure seamless integration of UX design solutions.
• Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and UX best practices.

UI Design:

• Create visually appealing and intuitive interface designs for our clients.
• Develop high-fidelity mock-ups, visual designs, and style guides.
• Create interactive prototypes to enhance user interactions.
• Apply design principles of typography, colour theory, and layout to create aesthetically pleasing designs.
• Ensure designs are aligned with brand guidelines, accessibility standards, and industry best practices.
• Work closely with developers to ensure accurate implementation of UI designs.
• Maintain a consistent design language and style across different platforms and devices.
• Conduct design reviews and provide constructive feedback to improve the quality of UI designs.
• Stay updated on UI design trends, emerging design tools, and technologies
