Finance Reporting Specialist

 Job Description:

Decision Inc is looking for a Financial Reporting Analyst to join our finance team. You will play a key role in preparing consolidation reports, management reporting, and financial analysis using Board and other EPM tools. This is a hands-on finance role supporting internal reporting processes across the company.

What Will You Do?

Key Responsibility:

  • Prepare and maintain financial consolidation and management reporting.
  • Extract, reconcile, and analyze data from ERP systems to support reporting.
  • Perform financial analysis to ensure accuracy of reporting outputs.
  • Support month-end and year-end closing activities.
  • Document processes, assumptions, and business logic for reporting purposes.
  • Collaborate to improve reporting processes and tools.

Who Do You Need to Be?

  • Strong experience in financial reporting and consolidation.
  • Experience with EPM systems (Board, SAP BPC, Hyperion, Anaplan, Workday Adaptive, or similar) highly advantageous.
  • Holds a CA(SA), CIMA, or B.Com Honours in Accounting, Finance, or Financial Management.
  • Comfortable working with financial data, complex Excel models, and pivot tables.
  • Strong attention to detail, analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
  • Effective communicator with the ability to collaborate across teams.
  • Able to manage multiple reporting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
