Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced Data Integration Project Manager with a proven track record of leading complex data integration initiatives. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of project management experience, specifically in planning, coordinating, and executing data-focused projects, within the Lifesciences sector. This role involves working cross-functionally with engineering, analytics, business stakeholders, and IT to deliver integration solutions on time, within scope, and on budget, while maintaining high quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
1. Project Planning & Strategy
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans, including scope, objectives, milestones, and timelines.
- Define and communicate a clear, actionable project strategy aligned with business goals.
2. Team Leadership & Collaboration
- Lead cross-functional teams across engineering, analytics, and business units.
- Foster a results-driven and collaborative work environment.
- Ensure clear roles, responsibilities, and accountability within the team.
3. Scope Definition & Requirements Gathering
- Engage stakeholders to define project scope and deliverables.
- Translate business and technical requirements into actionable work plans.
- Ensure alignment between data integration goals and broader organizational strategy.
4. Resource Allocation & Management
- Assess team member capabilities and allocate resources accordingly.
- Monitor workload, identify constraints, and reassign tasks as needed to maintain velocity.
5. Risk Management
- Identify project risks and develop mitigation and contingency plans.
- Proactively escalate and address issues impacting timelines or quality.
6. Quality Assurance
- Ensure data integration solutions meet accuracy, reliability, and performance standards.
- Review deliverables, conduct audits, and lead quality control activities.
7. Budget Oversight
- Manage project budgets and track expenditures.
- Ensure efficient resource use and adherence to financial constraints.
8. Stakeholder Communication
- Maintain open and transparent communication with stakeholders at all levels.
- Provide timely updates on project status, milestones, risks, and resolution plans.
- Actively manage stakeholder expectations throughout the project lifecycle.
9. Project Documentation
- Maintain accurate and organized documentation (e.g., project plans, meeting notes, risk logs).
- Ensure documentation aligns with company and regulatory standards.
10. Quality System Responsibilities
- Perform work in accordance with Deep Digital's Quality Management System (QMS).
- Maintain complete and accurate documentation as required by QMS procedures.
- Promote quality across all project phases by contributing to continuous improvement efforts.
- Report any non-conformances or improvement ideas to support quality initiatives.
- Understand and apply the company's Quality Policy in daily work.
Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Project Management, Business, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of project management experience, with a specific focus on data integration projects in the Lifesciences sector.
Preferred Skills & Competencies
- Experience operating within a GMP environment.
- Familiarity with Agile, Scrum, or hybrid methodologies.
- Working knowledge of data governance, data privacy, and compliance standards (e.g., GxP, GDPR).
- Strong interpersonal, leadership, and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholder expectations simultaneously.
- High attention to detail and strong problem-solving ability.
- PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent project management certification is a plus.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: 60,000.00-80,000.00 per year
