An adults lawyer to join an Adult Social Care Team consisting of 2 lawyers, 1 senior and 1 paralegal on an initial 3 months basis with potential rolling extensions. The lawyer must be local authority experienced in COP work, judicial review, ordinary residence, general community care and aspects of the Mental Health Act.

Must be a qualified solicitor England and Wales or Cilex qualified who is able to undertake litigation as an authorised person, we cannot accept unqualified candidates.
