Senior SRE Engineer (Reliability Excellence)

We are looking for a Senior Site Reliability Engineer (SRE) to focus on Reliability Excellence.
This role will work cross-functionally with engineering teams to ensure we consistently deliver on availability and performance objectives (SLOs).

Were looking for someone with a strong background in software engineering who can make a significant impact someone collaborative, proactive, and capable of influencing how teams approach reliability across the organization.

Our SRE team is responsible for Incident Management, Capacity Management, and Availability. You'll play a key role in establishing and maintaining SRE best practices, identifying and removing blockers to improve reliability across all systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify opportunities to improve performance and scalability using our observability stack to find bottlenecks and inefficiencies.

• Conduct deep-dive reviews with teams on incidents and services, recommending best practices and improvements.

• Collaborate closely with the Platform team to communicate findings, suggest enhancements, and drive reliability improvements.

What Youll Need

• Hands-on experience as a Java Software Engineer, applying SRE principles (development, testing, observability, reliability).

• Strong understanding of Java and relevant frameworks (e.g., Spring Boot).

• Experience troubleshooting application, database, and data-related issues.

• Excellent prioritization and time management skills.
