Job Description:

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Part-Time Speech Therapist to join our team in Albany, GA. The ideal candidate will be dedicated to providing high-quality speech therapy services to patients with various communication and swallowing disorders.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct assessments to evaluate patients' speech, language, cognitive-communication, and swallowing abilities.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to patient's specific needs and goals.
• Provide therapy to improve patients' speech, language, voice, fluency, and swallowing abilities.
• Monitor and document patients' progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary.
• Educate patients and their families on strategies to enhance communication and swallowing function.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure a comprehensive approach to patient care.
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical records in accordance with regulatory and company standards.

Requirements:

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
• Current Georgia Speech-Language Pathologist license or eligibility for licensure.
• Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA).
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.

Schedule:

• Part-time, flexible hours. Specific schedule to be determined based on candidate availability.
