Your Impact
We are seeking a driven Account Executive with a track record of exceeding sales quotas in SaaS, PropTech, or related B2B technology sales. This role requires full-cycle ownership from prospecting through close across mid-market and enterprise accounts. You will work with property owners, operators, and real estate firms, positioning a high-impact solution that drives both operational and financial outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Own the full sales cycle: prospecting, outreach, discovery, demos, negotiations, and deal close.
- Collaborate with SDRs to build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified opportunities.
- Run highly personalized and consultative sales processes with both mid-market and enterprise customers.
- Negotiate complex pricing and contract terms with multi-stakeholder buying groups.
- Partner with internal teams to structure proposals and ensure successful handoffs.
- Consistently exceed quarterly sales targets.
- Contribute to building the sales playbook in a scaling, fast-moving environment.
Qualifications
- 4-8 years of quota-carrying Account Executive experience (mid-market or enterprise focus).
- Consistent record of exceeding sales quotas in SaaS, PropTech, or commercial real estate technology sales.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience in high-growth, early-stage startups preferred.
- Hunter mentality with a passion for prospecting and closing new business.
- Proficiency in Salesforce and ability to perform financial modeling in Excel.
- Adaptability and resilience in a dynamic startup environment.
