Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Female Physiotherapist with experience in Dubai. As a Female Physiotherapist, you will provide specialized care and treatment to patients with physical disabilities or injuries. You will work closely with our patients to help them improve their mobility, reduce pain, and regain independence in their daily activities.

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct thorough assessments of patients' physical abilities and limitations

- Develop personalized treatment plans based on the assessment and patient's goals

- Administer various physical therapy techniques and exercises to improve mobility, strength, and range of motion

- Monitor and track progress of patients, making necessary adjustments to treatment plans as needed

- Educate patients and their families on proper techniques for exercises and activities to continue at home

- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, such as doctors and occupational therapists, to ensure comprehensive care for patients

- Maintain accurate and detailed patient records

- Stay up-to-date with latest advancements in physical therapy and incorporate them into practice

- Adhere to all ethical and legal standards of the profession

- Maintain a clean and organized work environment

- Communicate effectively with patients, colleagues, and other healthcare professionals

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Physiotherapy

- Valid state license to practice as a Physiotherapist

- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role in Dubai

- Excellent knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and kinesiology

- Strong interpersonal and communication skills

- Empathetic and compassionate attitude towards patients

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills

- Physical stamina and dexterity to perform therapy techniques

- Proficient in using computers and electronic medical records systems
