ABOUT THE ROLE

We're looking for a high-energy, hands-on Product Manager who thrives in fast-moving SaaS environments. You'll sit at the intersection of customers, engineering, and design owning features end-to-end from concept to launch. This role combines classic Product Management with Product Owner execution: writing PRDs, grooming backlogs, validating with users, and driving releases that solve real customer pain points.

You'll be a visible face of the product partnering directly with customers, sales, and success teams to shape and deliver features that elevate user experience and business impact. Expect autonomy, context-switching, async collaboration, and the chance to work across the full lifecycle of intelligent document-management and GenAI-driven capabilities.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Product Ownership

Act as both Product Manager and Product Owner, defining, prioritizing, and delivering high-impact SaaS features.

Own roadmap initiatives from ideation to launch, ensuring alignment with business objectives and customer needs.

Translate strategy into actionable deliverables PRDs, user stories, acceptance criteria, and sprint goals.

Partner with design in Figma to visualize workflows and user experiences.

Customer Engagement

Conduct regular customer interviews, beta testing sessions, and feedback reviews to inform roadmap decisions.

Represent the voice of the customer in prioritization and release planning.

Participate in customer demos, onboarding feedback loops, and feature validation sessions.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

Position Description

Work asynchronously across distributed teams (engineering, design, QA, sales, marketing).

Partner with engineering leads using Jira or Azure DevOps boards to track progress and clear blockers.

Collaborate with marketing and customer success to ensure new capabilities are well-positioned and adopted.

Execution & Delivery

Draft and maintain clear, concise Product Requirement Documents (PRDs) and user stories following SaaS best practices.

Lead sprint planning, backlog grooming, and feature QA to maintain delivery momentum.

Analyze feature performance using product telemetry and feedback channels; iterate based on insights.

AI & Innovation

Identify and prototype opportunities for Generative AI features that streamline document workflows (e.g., summaries, filing, client insights, redaction).

Stay current on Copilot, Gemini, Box AI, and other market tools to inform differentiation strategy.

QUALIFICATIONS

Required

3 to 5 years of product management or product ownership experience in SaaS or enterprise software.

Experience writing PRDs, epics, and user stories.

Proficiency with Figma, Jira or Azure DevOps, and standard agile delivery tools.

Demonstrated success in cross-functional collaboration with distributed teams.

Excellent written and verbal communication; strong async collaboration skills.

Willingness to travel up to 25% for customer visits, conferences, or team alignment.

Preferred

Experience in document management, productivity, or accounting-tech SaaS.

Working knowledge of GenAI applications, vector search, or LLM integrations.

Familiarity with Microsoft 365 ecosystem (SharePoint, Outlook add-ins, Power

Platform).

Comfort with light UX design, flow mapping, or prototyping in Figma.

Prior exposure to e-signing, client portals, or compliance-driven SaaS solutions.
