Were looking for a Marketing Analytics Analyst to contribute to our analytics strategy across multiple

client projects. In this role, youll build and refine scalable measurement frameworks using tools like

Adobe Analytics, GA4, and integrated data sources. Youll work hands-on with analytics platforms,

uncover insights that drive action, and communicate clearly with clients. Its a high-impact role for

someone ready to shape how Alloy Digital and our clients define and measure success, and ensure

their satisfaction.

What You Will Do

Support and drive the implementation and improvement of industry-standard tracking and

reporting frameworks.

Document and recommend industry-standard marketing analytics practices, including

measurement plans, tagging specs, and implementation QA.

Oversee Adobe Analytics implementation and reporting, including configuration of eVars, props,

events, and segmentation to drive actionable marketing insights.

Work across various tools, including Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager, and data layers,

to ensure comprehensive and reliable tracking.

Resolve tracking issues to ensure accurate, reliable data across all analytics platforms.

Connect data across systems (e.g., Adobe, GA4, Power BI, CRM) to generate holistic

performance views and actionable insights.

Design and manage dashboards and reports that clearly show key marketing metrics,

performance trends, and growth opportunities.

Participate in client meetings and serve as a clear and confident communicator of measurement

strategies and insights.

Contribute to client strategy by working closely with product managers, developers, and

marketers by generating actionable insights from data to inform recommendations that drive

results aligned with broader business goals.

Required Skills & Experience

3+ years of hands-on experience with Adobe Analytics, including implementation, report suites,

eVars, props, events, classification, and segmentation

Expertise in GA4, Google Tag Manager, and data layer setup and management

Experience using Power BI, Tableau, or similar tools to combine and analyze data from multiple

sources

Deep knowledge of marketing analytics standards and documentation practices, with the ability

to confidently define, implement, and explain them

Strong analytical thinking with the ability to interpret data and deliver strategic and actionable

recommendations

Professional presence with strong client-facing communication skills and the ability to present

insights clearly to stakeholders

Proactive mindset and comfortable saying Ill find out and following through to get answers

Nice-to-Have Skills

Familiarity with front-end development concepts like HTML and JavaScript to support tag

troubleshooting

Experience with session analytics tools such as Microsoft Clarity, Hotjar, or FullStory

Background in the automotive industry, especially working with OEM or dealership marketing

data

Experience working with Customer Data Platforms (CDPs) such as Segment, Tealium, or

Salesforce CDP to support personalized marketing strategies.
