Technical Business Analyst Microsoft Dynamics F&O

Overview

The D365 Functional Analyst will be responsible for developing business cases, defining high level business objectives and developing key success factors for solution delivery as it relates to Microsoft D365 projects and roadmap work.

Responsibilities

Assist with User Story creation, definition, and Acceptance Criteria into Azure DevOps.

Elicit requirements from key business sponsors and stakeholders among a variety of business departments.

Assist with D365 configuration where applicable.

Explain and ensure success criteria is met by technical implementation team.

Participate in Agile Scrum and SAFe ceremonies expressing involvement on projects and deliverables updates.

Participate in workshop sessions as needed with primary business users.

Help ensure end to end testing is successful, including training with end-users as necessary.

Provide thought leadership and advice on how the team can improve or how technical solutions could be applied in D365.

Knowledge of ISV landscape desirable.

Automotive industry experience a plus.

Local to Jacksonville, FL or willing to travel frequently is a strong plus.s
