We are seeking a detail-oriented, driven Account Supervisor to deliver strategic solutions and organized management for our client partners. Our goal is to comprehend our clients' challenges and use technology to create strategic, innovative solutions. The ideal candidate will take ownership of assigned clients while championing process, technology, teamwork, and communication improvements.
As an Account Supervisor, you will join a team of dedicated software engineers, designers, product owners, QA engineers, and project managers committed to delivering exceptional products and services to our client partners. You will play a crucial role in partnering with clients to become their trusted advisor, providing guidance and expertise to ensure their success.
What You Will Do
Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients, acting as their primary point of contact and trusted advisor, ensuring their needs are met
Oversee the entire project lifecycle, from the initial client briefing to final delivery, ensuring projects are executed smoothly and efficiently
Collaborate with clients and internal teams to develop project strategies, define project scopes, and set clear objectives and deliverables
Facilitate communication between clients and internal teams, ensuring all parties are informed and aligned throughout the project lifecycle
Monitor the quality of project deliverables, addressing any issues that arise and ensuring the final product meets or exceeds client expectations
Identify opportunities for expanding existing client relationships and securing new business
Provide regular updates to company leadership on account performance, project statuses, and any challenges or opportunities that arise
Mentor and manage account teams, providing guidance, feedback, and support to ensure they are equipped to succeed in their roles
Requirements
Minimum of 5 years of experience in account management roles, such as Account Manager or Account Executive, preferably within the digital product development industry
Proficiency in communicating and collaborating with clients and partners
Detail-oriented and exceptional communication skills
Ability to excel in a fast-paced environment
Strong understanding of and interest in digital technology products; willingness to learn new technologies
Experience working with or organizing development teams
Capability to think long-term and understand the big picture
Familiarity with Agile Methodologies for organizing and delivering work
Demonstrated ability to build and maintain trusted advisor relationships with clients
Previous experience in people or team management and motivation
