**Position Summary:**

Our Client is seeking a dynamic and visionary Chief Revenue Officer (CRO) to lead our revenue generation efforts and help accelerate our growth in the automotive industry. The CRO will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive revenue strategy that encompasses sales, marketing, customer success, and partnerships to maximize revenue and customer value.

**Key Responsibilities:**

1. **Revenue Strategy Development:** Develop and refine the company's revenue strategy, aligning it with the business objectives and market trends to drive sustainable growth and profitability.

2. **Sales Leadership:** Lead and mentor the sales team, setting ambitious revenue targets and establishing clear KPIs to measure performance. Develop and implement sales strategies to penetrate new markets and expand customer relationships.

3. **Marketing Collaboration:** Collaborate closely with the marketing team to ensure marketing efforts align with revenue objectives. Develop marketing initiatives that drive demand and generate leads.

4. **Customer Success:** Oversee the customer success team to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention. Implement strategies for upselling and cross-selling to maximize customer lifetime value.

5. **Partnerships and Alliances:** Identify strategic partnerships and alliances to enhance our product offerings and expand our market reach. Negotiate and manage partnership agreements to drive revenue growth.

6. **Data Analysis:** Leverage data analytics and market research to identify opportunities for revenue optimization, pricing strategies, and product enhancements.

7. **Budget Management:** Manage the revenue department's budget efficiently, ensuring that resources are allocated effectively to achieve revenue goals.

8. **Reporting and Accountability:** Establish a robust reporting framework to track progress towards revenue goals and provide regular updates to the executive team and board of directors.

**Qualifications:**

1. Proven track record of leadership in revenue generation roles, preferably in a SaaS or technology-driven environment.

2. Deep understanding of the automotive industry, particularly in fixed ops and service operations, is highly advantageous.

3. Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making skills.

4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, building and maintaining strong relationships with customers and partners.

5. Strategic thinker with a results-oriented mindset.

6. Experience managing and mentoring sales, marketing, and customer success teams.

7. Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field (MBA is a plus).
