JOB SUMMARY

The Affiliate Lead is accountable for driving Dermorepubliq’s affiliate marketing strategy, execution,

and revenue growth across key e-commerce platforms— Shopee, Lazada, and most especially

TikTok. This role owns the end-to-end affiliate ecosystem, ensuring strong creator acquisition, high

performing partnerships, and scalable systems that deliver profitable GMV growth.

As part of the growth engine of the business, the Affiliate Lead balances aggressive revenue targets

with cost efficiency — optimizing commission structures, scaling high-performing affiliates, and

maximizing ROI across platforms. The role requires deep understanding of social commerce

dynamics, particularly TikTok’s creator-driven conversion model.

The Affiliate Lead builds and leads a structured affiliate program that consistently drives acquisition,

retention, and content-powered commerce at scale.

KEY RESPONSIBILITY

• Affiliate Strategy & Revenue Ownership

• Own the overall affiliate strategy across Shopee, Lazada, and TikTok Shop.

• Drive affiliate-attributed GMV, revenue contribution, and ROI targets.

• Develop platform-specific growth strategies, with strong focus on TikTok Shop

scaling.

• Align affiliate pushes with campaign calendars, sale events, and product priorities.

• Creator Acquisition & Network Scaling

• Build and scale a strong pipeline of micro, mid-tier, and top-performing affiliates.

• Develop recruitment frameworks to continuously grow the affiliate base.

• Identify and onboard high-potential creators aligned with category priorities.

• Establish retention and loyalty programs to keep top affiliates engaged and

productive.

• Performance Optimization & Scaling

• Monitor affiliate performance (GMV, CVR, AOV, ROI) and identify scaling

opportunities.

• Optimize commission structures, incentives, and mechanics to drive profitability.

• Double down on top-performing affiliates and content formats.

• Identify underperforming segments and implement corrective actions.

• TikTok Affiliate Acceleration

• Lead TikTok Shop affiliate growth as a priority channel.

• Identify winning content formats and creators that drive conversion on TikTok.

• Collaborate with TikTok Content Strategy and Creators to align messaging and

formats.

• Leverage TikTok’s algorithm and content velocity to maximize affiliate-driven

sales.

• Campaign Execution & Operations

• Oversee execution of affiliate campaigns including seeding, vouchers, tracking

links, and briefs.

• Ensure campaigns are launched accurately and on time across all platforms.

• Maintain organized tracking systems for affiliates, performance, and payouts.

• Oversee payout validation and coordination with Finance.

• Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Work closely with Marketing Managers to support product launches and

campaign pushes.

• Collaborate with Creative and TikTok teams to ensure affiliate content alignment.

• Coordinate with Logistics for product seeding and inventory support.

• Align with Performance Marketing to amplify high-performing affiliate content.

• Governance & Compliance

• Ensure all affiliate content adheres to brand guidelines and platform policies.

• Prevent overclaiming, misrepresentation, and non-compliant content.

• Maintain clear documentation of contracts, commission structures, and

agreements.

QUALIFICATION AND REQUIREMENTS

Education

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.

Experience

• 2–3 years of experience in affiliate marketing, e-commerce, or social commerce.

• Proven track record of driving GMV growth through affiliate or creator programs.

• Strong experience with Shopee, Lazada, and especially TikTok Shop affiliate systems.

• Experience managing commission structures, payouts, and affiliate profitability.

• Experience leading or mentoring team members preferred.
