Job Summary

Dermorepubliq is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Logistics Supervisor to oversee end-to-end transport and distribution operations. This role is responsible for managing 3PL transport providers, optimizing fleet utilization, and ensuring efficient, cost-effective, and timely delivery of goods across all channels. The ideal candidate will play a key role in improving logistics performance and supporting the company’s growing distribution needs.

Key Responsibilities

Transport & 3PL Management

  • Manage and coordinate daily operations of third-party logistics (3PL) transport providers
  • Plan, schedule, and oversee dispatching to ensure on-time and complete deliveries
  • Monitor and evaluate 3PL performance based on agreed service level agreements (SLAs)
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with transport vendors and partners
  • Address and resolve transport issues such as delays, damages, or capacity constraints

Fleet Utilization & Optimization

  • Monitor and analyze fleet utilization (both in-house and outsourced) to maximize efficiency
  • Optimize route planning, load planning, and vehicle allocation
  • Minimize idle time and reduce transport costs through data-driven decisions
  • Ensure proper deployment of vehicles based on volume, priority, and delivery timelines

Operations & Coordination

  • Work closely with warehouse, inventory, and order fulfillment teams for seamless dispatch operations
  • Oversee shipping, receiving, and delivery processes to ensure accuracy and efficiency
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and regulatory requirements

Reporting & Continuous Improvement

  • Track and report key logistics metrics such as on-time delivery, cost per shipment, and utilization rates
  • Identify inefficiencies and implement process improvements
  • Analyze logistics data to recommend cost-saving and service-enhancing initiatives

Team Leadership

  • Supervise logistics personnel involved in dispatch and transport coordination
  • Provide training, guidance, and performance monitoring
  • Foster a culture of accountability, efficiency, and continuous improvement

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field
  • At least 3–5 years of experience in logistics, transport, or supply chain operations
  • Proven experience managing 3PL providers and transport operations
  • Strong understanding of fleet management, dispatching, and route planning
  • Experience with ERP, WMS, or Transport Management Systems (TMS) is an advantage
