Research & Development Intern

JOB SUMMARY

The R&D On-the-Job Trainee will assist the Research & Development team in laboratory activities, product development, and experimental projects. This role provides practical exposure to cosmetic formulation, testing, and analysis under direct supervision, complementing academic learning.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Assist in the preparation of samples, solutions, and formulations.
• Conduct laboratory tests under guidance and record observations accurately.
• Maintain proper documentation of experiments, lab notebooks, and reports.
• Follow standard laboratory safety and GMP protocols.

ADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES

• Support ongoing R&D projects as assigned.
• Participate in team discussions and knowledge-sharing sessions.
• Perform basic data analysis and contribute findings to project reports.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the laboratory workspace.

QUALIFICATION & REQUIREMENTS

EDUCATION

Currently pursuing a degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Cosmetic Science, or any related field.

SKILLS

• Basic laboratory skills and familiarity with lab equipment.

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

• Ability to follow instructions and work under supervision.

• Good communication skills for reporting observations and collaborating with the team.
