JOB SUMMARY

The Inventory Assistant is responsible for recording and monitoring of stocks movements including the RTS Stocks (Returned To Seller), ensuring stock accuracy, and smooth inventory flow across inbound, and outbound processes. This role must performed weekly/Monthly physical count, receiving of RTS from vendors, and QAC. He/She is directly reporting to Inventory Lead Specialist . The Inventory Assistant plays a critical role in maintaining system and physical alignment, ensuring that all inventory practices meet operational and audit standards.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Inventory Oversight

  • Received all RTS from different vendors - TIKTOK, SHOPEE and Lazada.
  • Monitor stock levels, identify discrepancies, and ensure timely resolution.
  • Lead periodic and ad hoc cycle counts, reconciliations, and root cause investigations.

Team Leadership

  • Lead to meet the best practices and system procedures
  • Delegate daily inventory tasks and ensure completion within deadlines
  • Provide guidance and real-time support to resolve issues during operations

System & Documentation Accuracy

  • Ensure inventory movements are monitored and accurately recorded in the system
  • Validate stock adjustments, stock transfers, and quarantined items
  • Generate and analyze inventory reports for internal use and audit purposes

Compliance & Process Improvement

  • Ensure adherence to inventory control SOPs and audit standards
  • Recommend improvements in inventory, RTS for proper handling that reduce losses and improve efficiency
  • Meet all reporting requirements within the given time frame.

Support

  • Coordinate with QAC, Fulfillment, Warehouse for inventory-related matters
  • Assist in audit preparation and respond to inventory-related inquiries
  • Support other activities within the Supply Chain Mangement

QUALIFICATION & REQUIREMENTS

Education

  • At least college level or graduate in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business, or related field
  • Additional training in inventory or other trainings related to inventory management t is a plus

Experience

  • Minimum of 2 years' experience as inventory staff, warehouse operations, or similar role
  • Experience in supervising or training team members is preferred

SKILLS & COMPETENCIES

Technical Skills

  • Proficient in inventory management systems and Excel/Google Sheets
  • Knowledge of stock reconciliation, returns, and warehouse documentation
  • Familiar with basic audit principles and inventory KPIs

Soft Skills:

  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Leadership and team coordination skills
  • Problem-solving mindset and ability to work under pressure

  • Potential to progress into Inventory Supervisor or Warehouse Supervisor roles

WORK ENVIRONMENT

The Warehouse Inventory Lead works in a warehouse environment, regularly monitor the movement of stocks . The role required hand-on inventory and physically active. The environment includes moderate noise, temperature changes, and the need to manage time-sensitive activities, especially during stock counts and peak operations. Coordination with multiple departments is routine, and flexibility may be required during audits or high-volume periods.
