JOB SUMMARY
The Advertiser will be responsible for setting up, managing, and optimizing advertising campaigns across Meta and major e-commerce platforms including Lazada, Shopee, and TikTok. This role involves leveraging analytics tools to track campaign performance, generate insights, and enhance ROI through data-driven decisions. The Advertiser will collaborate with the content, creative and sales teams to align ad creatives and landing pages with campaign goals. Additionally, they will ensure accurate platform setup, monitor key metrics, troubleshoot underperformance issues, and stay current on industry trends to continuously improve advertising effectiveness.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Ad Campaign Execution & Management
- Set up, manage, and monitor advertising campaigns across Meta, Lazada, Shopee, and TikTok to drive traffic, conversions, and sales.
- Coordinate with seller centers and equivalent platforms to ensure accurate product listings and campaign alignment.
Data Analysis & Insights Generation
- Utilize analytics tools to monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as CTR, ROAS, CPC, and conversion rates.
- Analyze campaign data to generate actionable insights that inform optimization strategies and performance improvements.
Performance Reporting
- Provide regular and detailed campaign performance reports to internal stakeholders, including trends, results, and optimization opportunities.
- Highlight success metrics and recommend improvements for future campaigns based on historical performance.
Cross-functional Collaboration
- Work closely with sales and creative teams to align ad messaging, creatives, landing pages, and promotional calendars with campaign goals.
- Communicate campaign needs, results, and optimization plans across departments for streamlined execution.
Platform Research & Innovation
- Stay informed on platform updates, industry trends, and best practices to ensure campaigns are aligned with current capabilities.
- Implement innovative strategies to improve engagement and campaign efficiency.
Troubleshooting & Optimization
- Identify issues in ad performance, targeting, or bidding strategies, and propose actionable solutions.
- Continuously optimize campaign settings to improve ROI and meet business objectives.
QUALIFICATION AND REQUIREMENTS
Education
- Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communication Arts, Advertising, or any related field.
- Certifications in digital marketing are a plus.
Experience
- 1 to 3 years of experience in performance marketing or a related position.
- Highly preferred if experienced in managing TikTok ads
SKILLS & COMPETENCIES
Technical Skills:
- In-depth knowledge of ad campaign performance analysis across platforms (Meta, Shopee, Lazada, TikTok).
- Proficient in using advertising analytics tools (e.g., Facebook Ads Manager, Google Analytics, TikTok Ads Manager).
- Strong understanding of budgeting, targeting, and creative strategies to optimize ad campaigns.
- Ability to generate detailed performance reports and translate data into actionable insights.
- Experience with A/B testing and ad optimization techniques to enhance ROI.
