JOB SUMMARY

The Content Developer at Dermorepubliq is responsible for designing and delivering educational content that enhances the knowledge, skills, and capabilities of employees and stakeholders across the skincare industry. Using instructional frameworks such as the ADDIE Model, Blooms Taxonomy, and Kirkpatricks Evaluation Model, this role leads the development of full curricula, eLearning courses, PowerPoint presentations, and a variety of training materials. The Content Developer collaborates closely with subject matter experts to ensure content accuracy, while utilizing innovative tools and technologies to create engaging, learner-centered experiences that support the companys growth and excellence.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Curriculum and Content Development

  • Develop comprehensive training curricula and learning scopes, aligning with business objectives and learning outcomes.
  • Design and deliver engaging, effective eLearning modules, instructor-led training materials, and hybrid learning programs using the ADDIE Model and Blooms Taxonomy.
  • Create training materials including PowerPoint presentations, participant guides, facilitator manuals, quick reference guides, and other support materials.

Learning and Multimedia Development

  • Develop interactive eLearning courses using Articulate 360 suite (Storyline 360 and Review 360).
  • Create animated learning videos using Vyond and incorporate text-to-speech technology for voiceovers as needed.
  • Ensure content design is responsive, accessible, and aligned with adult learning best practices.

Graphic and Visual Content Production

  • Create visually appealing graphics, templates, and digital assets using Adobe Creative Cloud applications and/or Canva.
  • Collaborate with the Brand Team to ensure learning materials are aligned with Dermorepubliqs visual standards and identity.

Learning Evaluation and Improvement

  • Apply Kirkpatricks Evaluation Model to assess training effectiveness at all stages.
  • Collect feedback, analyze learning data, and continuously refine programs to improve learner outcomes and engagement.

Learning Management System (LMS) Administration

  • Upload, manage, and update training materials within the companys LMS.
  • Ensure seamless learner navigation, tracking, and reporting for assigned learning programs.

Collaboration and Stakeholder Engagement

  • Partner with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) and department leads to ensure content accuracy, relevance, and alignment with operational needs.
  • Serve as a strategic consultant on training initiatives, providing insights on best practices for adult learning and content delivery.

Continuous Learning and Innovation

  • Stay abreast of trends in instructional design, learning technologies, and the skincare industry.
  • Propose and pilot new tools, technologies, and methodologies to continuously improve learning solutions.

QUALIFICATION AND REQUIREMENTS

Education:

  • Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design, Educational Technology, Multimedia Design, Communication, or a related field.

Experience:

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in instructional design, eLearning development, or corporate training, preferably in the healthcare, pharmaceutical, or skincare industry.
  • Proven experience creating full-scale curricula, learning scopes, and blended learning programs.

SKILLS & COMPETENCIES

Technical Skills:

  • Proficiency in Articulate 360 suite (Storyline 360 and Review 360).
  • Proficiency in MS365 Office suite is a plus
  • Hands-on experience with Vyond and text-to-speech tools for multimedia learning content.
  • Strong knowledge of ADDIE Model, Blooms Taxonomy, and Kirkpatrick Evaluation Model.
  • Familiarity with LMS platforms and eLearning standards (e.g., SCORM, xAPI).
  • Adobe Creative Cloud proficiency (especially Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro) and/or strong Canva skills.

Soft Skills:

  • Exceptional communication, stakeholder management, and collaboration skills.
  • Strong project management abilities with the capability to handle multiple projects concurrently.
  • High level of creativity, attention to detail, and learner-centered mindset.
  • Analytical and strategic thinking skills for evaluating training effectiveness and optimizing learning solutions.

WORK ENVIRONMENT

This role follows a hybrid work setup, combining remote work flexibility with in-office collaboration as needed. The position may also require occasional travel for key meetings, retail visits, campaign rollouts, or partner engagements.
