JOB SUMMARY

The Affiliate Coordinator supports the execution of the brands affiliate marketing efforts across TikTok, Shopee, and Lazada. This role works closely with the Lead Affiliate Coordinator and marketing team to assist in affiliate communication, content creator coordination, sample fulfillment, and performance tracking. Ideal for someone detail-oriented, collaborative, and eager to grow in digital marketing.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Affiliate Program Support:

• Assist in executing affiliate marketing campaigns across TikTok, Shopee, and Lazada.
• Help manage affiliate links, promotions, and product placements.
• Maintain an organized affiliate database.

Affiliate Communication & Coordination:

• Share assets, updates, and information with affiliates and partners.
• Respond to affiliate questions and provide campaign support.
• Assist in outreach to KOLs and UGC creators.

Administrative Tasks & Fulfillment:

• Coordinate and track sample and PR kit fulfillment.
• Maintain records of product dispatch and inventory.
• Support campaign timeline management.

Performance Tracking & Reporting Support:

• Help monitor affiliate performance and compile data for reports.
• Highlight trends or standout performance to the Lead Affiliate Coordinator.
• Keep performance records organized and updated.

Cross-Team Collaboration:

• Support the marketing and creative teams with affiliate campaign needs.
• Ensure timely delivery of assets and content.
• Assist with planning and execution of influencer/affiliate activities.

QUALIFICATION AND REQUIREMENTS

Education

• Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communication Arts, Advertising, or any related field.

Experience

• At least 1 year of experience in marketing, administrative work, or any related field.

SKILLS & COMPETENCIES

Technical Skills:

• Familiarity with TikTok, Shopee, and Lazada platforms
• Basic understanding of affiliate marketing or influencer collaboration workflows
• Comfortable working with spreadsheets and tracking tools
• Organized with strong attention to detail in managing tasks and timelines
• Clear communicator through email, chat, and team platforms

Soft Skills:

• Reliable, responsive, and organized in daily responsibilities
• Strong team player with a collaborative mindset
• Detail-oriented and capable of managing multiple small tasks simultaneously
• Eager to learn and grow within the influencer/affiliate marketing space

WORK ENVIRONMENT

This position operates in an office and remote support environments.
