LEAD ADVERTISER JOB DESCRIPTION
Key Responsibilities:
Ad Campaign Data Analysis
o Analyze and interpret campaign performance data across platforms (Meta,
Shopee, Lazada, TikTok) to extract actionable insights that optimize ad
strategies and improve ROI.
o Utilize advanced analytics tools and techniques to monitor key metrics such
as traffic, conversion rates, and sales performance, providing detailed
reports and data-driven recommendations.
Insights Generation & Reporting
o Regularly produce comprehensive reports summarizing campaign results,
performance trends, and key insights for internal teams and stakeholders.
o Develop and present in-depth analysis of customer behaviors, market
trends, and competitor performance to inform strategy improvements.
Actionable Strategy Recommendations
o Based on data insights, recommend optimizations to advertising strategies,
including targeting, budget allocation, ad creatives, bidding approaches, and
audience segmentation.
o Develop and present clear, actionable recommendations to marketing and
sales teams to enhance overall advertising performance and conversion
rates.
Platform & Industry Research
o Stay up-to-date on the latest platform developments (Meta, Shopee, Lazada,
TikTok) and advertising trends to ensure the company is utilizing the most
effective strategies.
o Share industry knowledge and platform changes with internal teams to
inform decisions and improve overall ad performance.
Optimization & Troubleshooting
o Identify underperforming ads and campaigns through data analysis and work
with cross-functional teams to identify issues and implement corrective
actions.
o Analyze and optimize ad bidding strategies, targeting parameters, and other
key elements to drive improvements in ad performance.
