JOB SUMMARY

The Sales Associate - Customer Service is responsible for providing excellent customer support through various channels (phone, email, platform chat, and social media), ensuring customer satisfaction, and contributing to sales growth through upselling and cross-selling where appropriate. This role is key in building strong relationships with customers and maintaining a positive brand image.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

CUSTOMER SUPPORT

  • Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries, complaints, and requests.
  • Provide accurate information about products, services, and promotions.
  • Resolve product or service problems by clarifying the customers concern, determining the cause, and offering solutions.
  • Follow up to ensure complete resolution and customer satisfaction
  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions.

SALES SUPPORT & UPSELLING

  • Identify customer needs and match them with suitable products or services
  • Proactively offer relevant product recommendations to increase order value.
  • Meet or exceed assigned sales targets through effective communication and persuasive selling techniques.
  • Support marketing campaigns and promotions by informing customers about ongoing offers.

TEAM COLLABORATION

  • Coordinate with sales, logistics, and other departments to resolve issues efficiently.
  • Share customer feedback and suggestions with the team for continuous improvement.
  • Participate in team meetings and training to stay updated on products and procedures.

    QUALIFICATION AND REQUIREMENTS

    Education

    • At least Senior High School Graduate.

    Experience

    • Minimum of 1 year experience in customer service field and e-commerce operations.
