JOB SUMMARY

The Fulfillment Lead is responsible for managing daily order processing, ensuring accurate and timely fulfillment of customer orders. This role requires close collaboration with Fulfillment System Administrators (FSAs) and Supervisors to efficiently handle the delivery queue. Additionally, the Fulfillment Lead ensures adherence to company policies, SLAs, and regulatory standards to maintain a seamless and efficient fulfillment process.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Order Processing & Coordination

  • Oversee and manage daily fulfillment operations, ensuring smooth order processing.
  • Monitor order flow, prioritize tasks, and maintain compliance with SLAs and key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Collaborate with FSAs and Supervisors to optimize order packaging and delivery scheduling.
  • Record the packing team's start and end times in a log to assess performance against KPIs.

Compliance & Quality Assurance

  • Ensure all fulfillment processes comply with company policies and industry regulations.
  • Maintain adherence to SLAs and continuously seek workflow improvements for greater efficiency.
  • Perform regular quality checks on completed orders to minimize errors and prevent delays.

Collaboration & Communication

  • Work closely with FSAs and Logistics Specialists to enhance fulfillment operations.
  • Effectively communicate with internal teams to address and resolve order-related issues.
  • Provide regular reports and updates on fulfillment performance and identify areas for improvement.

QUALIFICATION & REQUIREMENTS

Education:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in logistics or supply chain management is a plus.

Experience:

  • Proven experience in order fulfillment, logistics, or a related field.

SKILLS & COMPETENCIES

  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to problem-solve effectively.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Familiarity with order packaging workflow.

WORK ENVIRONMENT

  • Warehouse-based role with frequent standing, walking, and lifting.
  • May require occasional overtime, especially during peak seasons.
