Business Development Manager

Responsibilities

• Develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction
• Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs
• Arrange business meetings with prospective clients
• Promote the companys products/services addressing or predicting clients objectives
• Prepare sales contractsensuring adherence to law-established rules and guidelines
• Keep records of sales, revenue, invoices etc.
• Provide trustworthy feedback and after-sales support
• Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers
• Develop entry level staff into valuable sales people
  

Requirements

• With past experience in Real Estate of Hotel / hostel acquisition/ lease .
• Good connection with Hotel owners
• Well versed with End to end hotel acquisition /Lease process
• knowledge of Property Documentation & local lease Laws.
• Good knowledge of local market / Geography.
• on-site job with salary and attractive incentives.
• Past experience in Hotels real estate is preferred.
• Experience minimum 4 years in real estate leasing & property Acquisition.
