Job Summary

We are looking for a qualified Marketing Director to take the lead in developing successful, long-term digital marketing strategies for our company.

As a Marketing Director, you should have in-depth marketing experience and a passion for

digital technologies. You will work closely with different teams to ensure consistency through all

digital marketing channels. You should also provide forward-thinking ideas to build and maintain a

strong company web presence. Ultimately, you should be able to drive all digital marketing efforts

to achieve our business objectives across all of Social Media & digital platforms in use

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Knowledge and experiences

  • BS/MS degree in marketing or a related field
  • Proven working experience in marketing Hotels . Services & relating industries
  • Demonstrable experience leading and managing SEO/SEM, marketing database, email,

social media and/or display advertising campaigns

  • Experience in using Google Tag Manager for tracking goals, setting up audience/event and

add pixel/code

  • Create audience (Prospect & Retargeting) through Google & Facebook tools.
  • Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns

that engage, inform and motivate

  • Experience in optimizing landing pages and user funnels
  • Solid knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, NetInsight, Omniture, WebTrends)
  • Working knowledge of ad serving tools is an ad would be an advantage
  • Experience in setting up and optimizing Google Adwords campaigns
  • Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript development and constraints would be an

advantage

  • Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking
  • Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan and execute marketing activities targeting building database, email, social media and display advertising campaigns for Hotels & F&B outlets
  • Design, build and maintain our social media presence
  • Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals
  • (ROI and KPIs)
  • Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights
  • Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies
  • Create strong CRM mechanism and initiatives
  • Plan, execute, and measure experiments and conversion tests
  • Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize user experience
  • Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points
  • Instrument conversion points and optimize user funnels
  • Collaborate with agencies and other vendor partners
  • Evaluate emerging technologies. Provide thought leadership and perspective for adoption

where appropriate

  • Manage and improve online content and campaigns considering SEO and Google Analytics
  • Forecast sales performance trends and act proactively to increase our market segment
  • Collaborate with PR, Marketing and Sales to increase client satisfaction through cohesive

strategies

  • Maintain a deep understanding of how political, economic, social and legal contexts

determine how F&B, Hotels and Hostels systems operate and are influenced.

Marketing Communications

  • Works with the Marketing Communication team in the development of advertising and sales promotions and plans, which support the achievement of profitability objectives at the hotel level within the assigned area with the established brand values.
  • Works with marketing in the overseeing of product development for customers in order to support and strengthen the brands.

Talent Development and Succession Planning

  • Manages the effectiveness of the sales team through the utilization of their individual strengths and abilities and by supporting their ongoing development and career goals.
