Senior HR Business Partner

About the Role:

As a Senior HR Business Partner, you will play a key role in shaping HR operations and supporting the companys growth. This role is more than HR - its a chance to influence strategy, optimize processes, and drive meaningful change. Youll work alongside a team that values innovation, precision, and the people behind the technology.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee payroll operations with external partners
• Support personnel cost planning and forecasting
• Maintain HR data, prepare reports, and analyze HR KPIs
• Contribute to HR projects, bonus and incentive systems
• Lead process improvement and digitalization initiatives
• Manage employment contracts, HR documentation, and internal HR operations.

Who We're Looking For:

• Degree in Business Administration, HR, or Accounting
• 4+ years of HR experience, ideally in manufacturing or shared service centers
• Solid expertise in payroll, time management, and HR systems
• Experience with collective agreements is a bonus
• English & German proficiency
• Analytical, structured, proactive, and detail-oriented
