For their internal needs we are looking to welcome a skilled professional to join their team as a Customer Support Specialist. At this role you will resolve customer or business-related challenges and operate with a diligent degree of knowledge handling customers, products, manufacturing, and transportation procedures.

Primary Responsibilities of the Role:

  • Deliver high-quality and timely service to your assigned customer portfolio to maximize client satisfaction and long-term retention.
  • Maintain a deep understanding of standard operating procedures, quality documentation, and governance. Actively identify and resolve operational knowledge gaps.
  • Serve as the primary liaison between Planning, Sales, Finance, and Supply Chain.
  • Develop and maintain strong working relationships with key internal and external stakeholders to ensure business targets are met effectively.
  • Ensure strict adherence to company ethics, compliance policies, and formal governance standards in all daily operations.
  • Collaborate with the Master Data team to audit and maintain accurate Customer Master Data in SAP, ensuring error-free deliveries, invoicing, and communications.

Desired skills and experience:

  • Bachelor degree, or equivalent professional experience.
  • Proficient in SAP and MS Office Suite.
  • Experience with Customer Express (or similar customer management platforms) is a strong plus.
  • 1 to 2 years of proven experience in Customer Service.
  • English - Professional fluency (both written and verbal). German would be an advantage.
