Portfolio Manager

We are looking for an experienced Portfolio Manager who values professionalism, clear processes, and the opportunity to work with a high-quality, well-structured portfolio.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identifying and acquiring new assets for the company's portfolio and development projects;
• Actively expanding the network of contacts and generating new business opportunities;
• Promoting and selling assets from the existing portfolio;
• Conducting due diligence for acquisitions in collaboration with other key departments;
• Developing business plans and investment profiles for acquisitions;
• Engaging with potential business partners, including municipalities, national institutions, agencies, local and international investors and intermediaries;
• Identifying new business areas and potential partners;
• Supporting colleagues from the Commercial Department during the conceptual phase of new development projects.

Candidate Requirements:

• University degree, preferably in Economics, Finance, or a related field;
• Strong understanding of the real estate industry;
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in real estate;
• Proven experience in sourcing and closing real estate deals;
• Knowledge of property ownership, construction, project planning, and legal aspects of real estate transactions;
• Understanding of the conceptual phase of development projects;
• Proactive, results-oriented mindset;
• Excellent negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills;
• Fluency in written and spoken English.
