We are looking for an experienced Global Accountant on behalf of an international technology client operating in the field of business digitalization and enterprise software solutions. The company develops and implements advanced platforms supporting medium-sized organizations across several sectors, including asset management, construction-related services, professional services, and other project-driven industries.

About the Role
The Global Accountant will support multi-entity financial operations and work closely with international colleagues to ensure accurate and timely accounting processes. The role involves cross-regional collaboration, financial analysis, improving data quality in ERP systems, and contributing to operational efficiency across the finance function.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage accounting activities across several countries and business units;
- Ensure accuracy, compliance, and timely execution of accounting tasks;
- Support financial operations by understanding business models, operational flows, and resource planning needs;
- Perform utilization analysis and monitor financial performance;
- Collaborate with international teams on month-end close activities reconciliations, and process improvements;
- Maintain and enhance financial data quality within ERP systems;
- Prepare financial reports and analyses for management;
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and ensure compliance with internal policies.
Requirements
- Bachelors or Masters degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field;
- Proven international accounting experience within a Global organization;
- Strong ERP system experience (experience with modern cloud-based ERPs is an advantage);
- Background in asset-driven, project-based, or investment-oriented industries is beneficial;
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; ability to handle complex data;
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work across time zones;
- High attention to detail, accuracy, and a proactive approach;
- Fluent English (written and spoken); additional languages are a plus.
