Our partner is preparing to launch a new Luxury Lifestyle SPA Hotel. Positioned in the high-end hospitality segment, the hotel will be located in a renowned SPA resort in Central Bulgaria and will combine premium accommodation, wellness and medical SPA concepts, adult-oriented relaxation zones, curated F&B experiences, and well-being/longevity events.

We are seeking a results-driven leader to take on this exciting opportunity. As General Manager, you will report directly to the investor and play a pivotal role in the successful pre-opening and launch of the hotel, beginning approximately six months prior to the official opening.

Responsibilities of the Role:

• Operate the pre-opening phase, establish internal procedures, and ensure the property is ready for its first guests;
• Manage the selection and onboarding of department heads;
• Handle the hotel's budget and resources, ensuring efficient operations and growth;
• Ensure an exceptional guest experience aligned with luxury hospitality standards across all operational areas.
• Act as a trusted advisor to the investor and align the hotel's daily operations with the overall vision of the project.

Desired skills and experience:

• Solid experience in luxury hospitality, preferably gained within well-regarded international brands;
• Previous experience as a General Manager or a strong background as an Operations Manager/Hotel Manager;
• An ambitious and performance-driven professional;
• An interest in staying with the project long-term and seeing it evolve over the years;
• Proficiency in English and Bulgarian.
