To support their non-food division structure, we are looking for an enthusiastic and result-oriented Key Account Manager. In this role, you will become part of a highly driven sales environment focused on results, market expansion, brand visibility, and long-term business partnerships.

Responsibilities of the role:

  • Manage the portfolio of non-food products within assigned Key Accounts, focusing on volume growth and long-term profitability;
  • Monitor local market shifts to stay ahead of trends and proactively adjust account plans;
  • Conduct business reviews and utilize sales data to evaluate performance against KPIs;
  • Lead contract discussions and pricing strategies, ensuring value for both the company and the client;
  • Work closely with the Marketing team to develop propositions that differentiate the brand and create new upsell opportunities.

Desired skills and experience:

  • 3-7 years of experience in Key Account Management with a verifiable record of success;
  • Experience in the FMCG sector, particularly with non-food procuts;
  • Ability to interpret sales data and make informed, profitable decisions;
  • Strong negotiation and influencing skills to navigate complex cases and achieve mutually beneficial outcomes;
  • Advanced level of English;
  • Ability to travel in the country.
