B2B Sales Operations Coordinator



Your responsibilities will include:

  • Processing customer orders from start to finish, preparing documents and ensuring smooth coordination within the sales team;
  • Monitoring and updating order statuses throughout production and delivery stages, while resolving any issues with production and logistics;
  • Maintaining accurate data in ERP/CRM systems (Zeron, HubSpot) so that all teams have up-to-date information;
  • Preparing contracts, offers, presentations, and reports to support the sales team;
  • Acting as a link between departments logistics, finance, design to ensure seamless client service;
  • Participating in process optimization projects to improve efficiency and minimize errors.

You are the right candidate if you have:

  • A university degree;
  • At least 2 years of experience in administrative roles, sales support, or document management;
  • Strong ability to prioritize tasks and work effectively in a fast-paced environment;
  • Fluency in Bulgarian and English (German is a plus);
  • Solid skills in MS Office (especially Excel) and experience with ERP/CRM systems such as Zeron or HubSpot;
  • Attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and a proactive mindset.
