We are looking for an experienced a Process Training Specialist to support operational excellence within an international environment. The role is focused on delivering structured process training, ensuring knowledge consistency, and driving performance through effective learning initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver structured onboarding sessions for new employees, ensuring full understanding of processes, tools, and client communication standards;
Provide ongoing upskilling and refresher trainings to support continuous performance improvement;
Work closely with Team Leads and Quality teams to address performance gaps through targeted coaching initiatives;
Observe live operations, identify knowledge or skill gaps, and translate findings into practical learning actions;
Support sales-focused teams in strengthening product knowledge, communication techniques, and overall effectiveness;
Contribute to the design and improvement of training materials and learning methodologies;
Measure training impact through assessments and performance tracking, ensuring sustainable results;
Collaborate with operational leadership to align training initiatives with business objectives.
Requirements:
Previous experience in a training role within BPO / SSC / Customer operations environment;
Strong understanding of operational processes and performance metrics;
Experience working closely with Operations and Quality teams;
Strong communication and facilitation skills;
Good analytical mindset and structured approach.
Excellent command of English (C1/C2).
