The Role: Facilitate the seamless processing of accounts payable transactions promptly, ensuring accuracy and compliance. Regularly monitor vendor open items, proactively addressing any discrepancies or aged balances. Take charge of preparing both electronic and manual payments, while maintaining clear and effective communication with local finance managers, vendors, auditors, and other stakeholders. Demonstrate a keen eye for process improvements, identifying and implementing opportunities to enhance efficiency. Contribute to the success of ERP roll-outs by actively participating and leveraging your expertise in accounts payable management.

The Candidate: Hold a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or an equivalent field of study, coupled with a proven track record of at least 2 years in the Accounting domain. Demonstrate a solid understanding of Accounting principles and VAT legislation, showcasing proficiency in managing financial processes. Accuracy and attention to detail, with strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Natural communicator in English. The Spanish language is not mandatory but will be considered as an advantage.
