The Role: The Senior Asset Management Specialist oversees Hardware and Software Asset Management for customer environments, developing and implementing asset management processes across data centers and end-user spaces. You will manage leased assets, analyze client contracts, and interact directly with clients to obtain relevant data. Ensure data accuracy and resolution of licensing anomalies, while also advising clients on asset management best practices. Moreover, you will generate monthly reports, conduct analysis for project implementation, and maintain asset management programs.

The Candidate: Professional who is well-versed in managing Hardware and Software Asset Management (HAM & SAM) aspects for customer environments. Proficiency in data analysis tools like MS Access and Excel is essential, along with the ability to assess data accuracy and generate reports are all key things that we will be happy to find in your resume. Additionally, you have experience as a Systems Administrator with knowledge of ITIL/ITSM processes, end-to-end asset management, SCCM/SMS/ Marimba/LANDesk/Intune.
