The Role: Monitor the overall health and handle all issues related to Microsoft Exchange inbound and outbound queues, mail routing and latency issues, and server errors. In addition, take responsibility over patch management, working through database failovers and DAG replication issues. Work closely with your team to support and mentor them through the various processes.

The Candidate: English speaker with a minimum 4 years of experience with MS Exchange. Should have knowledge about DAG, CAS, OWA, RPC/HTTPS, and Active Synch Configuration, DNS, Message Trace Tools, MX and SPF Records, Block Lists, SPAM, Email Filtering, and Virus Protection. Furthermore one should have an understanding of disaster recovery concepts and experience in mail gateway configuration.
