The Role: As a senior member of the team, your daily tasks involve the installation and configuration of RHEL Linux OS, as well as managing RHEL Linux clusters, including HA setups. You'll oversee the Redhat Satellite server and handle network configuration and access provisioning. Providing incident report details and delivering excellent customer service are integral aspects of your role. Additionally, you'll work with Kubernetes components such as Service, NodePod, Ingress, Secrets, Namespaces, and Helm. Other responsibilities include OS access management, security hardening, performance troubleshooting, and patch and package administration. You'll also utilize shell scripts or Python scripts for automation and system administration tasks, ensuring smooth daily operations and effective incident management.

The Candidate: Minimum 4 years of experience with installation and configuration of RHEL Linux OS. Additionally, proficiency in server upgrades, user and group management, storage management (including volume creation), and network configuration is essential. Furthermore, expertise in performance troubleshooting, patch administration, shell scripting, capacity planning, backup administration, security administration, and documentation is required. Familiarity with Kubernetes components and OpenShift platform is an added advantage, reflecting proficiency in modern container orchestration technologies. Overall, this individual possesses a comprehensive skill set spanning Linux system administration, network management, security, automation, and documentation.
