MDM/Intune Specialist

The Role: You'll implement your expertise in Microsoft 365 security, Intune administration, and enterprise mobility to support end users in device enrolment, enforce security policies, and optimize mobile carrier plans. With a focus on driving successful user adoption and providing senior technical support, you'll play a vital role in deploying and managing MDM solutions across various departments within our customer network while ensuring timely responses to requests and proactive resolution of mobile device issues.

The Candidate: English speaker with relevant experience in mobile device management, preferably holding a Microsoft Office 365 MCSA certification, proficient in managing iOS and Android devices, and possessing intermediate skills in Microsoft SQL and PowerShell. The ideal candidate should demonstrate excellent teamwork, time-management, and organizational skills, along with strong interpersonal abilities and problem-solving capabilities. Knowledge of certificate-based profile deployment, integration of on-premises services with the Intune portal, and familiarity with the ITIL framework would be advantageous.
