To support their Marketing structure, we are looking for an enthusiastic and result-oriented Brand Manager. In this role, you will lead product development from scratch and build the brand identity working with the R&D team.

Responsibilities of the role:

  • Implement marketing plans and build campaigns for Southern Europe;
  • Manage the annual brand budget and optimize investments;
  • Analyze market categories, competitors, and consumer habits using Retail Audit reports;
  • Create media strategies and manage relationships with digital, BTL, and media agencies;
  • Develop POS materials, briefs, and presentations for cross-departmental communication;
  • Conduct regular market visits and meet with local distributors;
  • Develop field marketing strategies.

Desired skills and experience:

  • A university degree in Economics, Business, or a related field;
  • At least 3 years of experience in Marketing or Brand Management;
  • Experience in product development and building products from scratch;
  • Excellent written and spoken English;
  • Strong analytical, multitasking, and time-management skills;
  • Advanced MS Office and presentation capabilities;
  • A driver's license and willingness to travel frequently for business trips.
