Role Overview

We are looking for a Finance Manager with a strong focus on team management. This role is ideal for a people-oriented leader who can inspire and guide a diverse team of finance professionals while ensuring financial accuracy, compliance, and strategic alignment with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of finance professionals across accounting, reporting, and budgeting functions
• Foster a collaborative, high-performance culture focused on accountability, continuous learning, and process improvement
• Oversee financial planning, analysis, and reporting activities, ensuring alignment with corporate strategy
• Act as a key business partner to senior leadership, providing financial insight and decision support
• Ensure the teams adherence to financial controls, compliance standards, and regulatory requirements
• Drive operational efficiency and automation within the finance function
• Lead team performance evaluations, training plans, and career development initiatives

Key Requirements

• Bachelors or Masters degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related discipline
• CPA, ACCA, or equivalent qualification preferred
• 6+ years of progressive finance experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership or team management role
• Proven experience in developing and managing high-performing teams
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a coaching-oriented leadership style
• Strategic mindset with the ability to manage both the big picture and operational details
• Strong proficiency in financial systems and tools (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Excel)
