The Role: Demonstrating ownership and responsibility in all assignments, and utilizing your expertise to identify and recommend changes and improvements to process and infrastructure design. You'll provide L3 support, consulting with internal teams and end users to determine system requirements and specifications, while also being part of an on-call rotation to resolve incidents and problems effectively and in a timely manner. Additionally, you'll ensure 24x7 production support, implementing medium to complex components of project modules and change requests, and providing trend analysis to enable informed decision-making by the management team.

The Candidate: The preferred candidate should excel in notification and reporting, batch job monitoring, error handling, and rescheduling according to SOPs. Responsibilities include documenting job errors, analyzing processing times, updating calendars, collaborating on job scheduling, and using UC4 for automation.
