The Role: As a leader responsible for shaping the long-term Q-Commerce strategy in Bulgaria, you'll directly manage various areas, such as sales, partnerships, and operations. You'll leverage business and financial insights to make critical decisions, overseeing the profitability of our partner's Q-Commerce ventures, including groceries, retail, and Micro Fulfillment Centers (MFCs). Dive deep into the details to problem-solve and lead project implementations for continuous improvement. You'll also play a crucial part in building and nurturing relationships with key industry stakeholders and keeping all relevant parties informed of progress.

The Team: In this role, you'll lead a team of 5-10 individuals, recruiting top talent, fostering their development, and ensuring their daily work is goal-oriented. Your role extends to guiding the commercial team to achieve sales and account management targets by collaborating with cross-functional teams.

The Candidate: At least 4 years of experience leading high-performing commercial teams and a strong preference for those with previous P&L ownership, while a background in FMCG, retail, or on-demand delivery is highly desirable. Key requirements include the ability to understand partner businesses, collaborate effectively, and have a strong grasp of retail industry dynamics. Additionally, strong problem-solving, data-driven decision-making, communication, negotiation, and project management skills are important, along with proficiency in English.
